Antique quadruple silver plate creamer and covered sugar bowl, manufactured by Simpson Hall Miller, with the original brightly finished silver still intact. Deeply engraved and detailed butterflies, flowers, leaves in the Art Nouveau style, also known as Victorian, popular from 1895 to 1905.
This antique silver creamer and covered sugar bowl are very heavily plated in silver and have no dings, dents or silverplate wear or loss. The interiors show very minor discoloration, but the exteriors are in pristine condition. Even the handles show no silver wear!
The silverplate creamer measures 6.5" from tip of the spout to the tip of the handle, 4" high and 4" in diameter and weighs 12.5 ounces. The matching covered sugar bowl measures 7" from handle to handle, 5.5" high to the top of the finial, 4.5" in diameter and weighs 1 pound, 2.8 ounces.
